Register – Olympia Amateur Japan 2024

  • If you are a foreign national competing from overseas, please follow the rules of your home country. IFBB Pro League Pro Qualifier Rules
  • Registration deadline will be November 8 (Japan time).
  • Register fee：
    *Registration will vary depending on the date of registration, so early registration is recommended.
    Until October 15 (Japan time): $250 per category
    After October 16 (Japan time): $300 per category
  • About Backstage Pass
    Be sure to register your backstage pass along with your player registration.
    1 backstage pass: $150
    2 backstage pass: $300
    You will also receive a backstage pass at player check-in on November 21st.
    Please be sure to bring your supporter’s ticket to the event. Backstage passes cannot be registered at the time of player registration for this contest. Supporters must arrive with the athlete on the day of the contest.
  • Amateur Athlete check-in is on Thursday, November 21.
    Time/15:00 p.m. – 19:30 p.m. (last admission at 19:15)
    There will be no athlete check-in on November 22-23, the day of the contest.
  • For Women’s Physique and Classic Physique and Bodybuilding Competitors
    Free poses for Women’s Physique and Classic Physique and Bodybuilding are not allowed. You will be asked to pose for 30 seconds to a song prepared by the FWJ, not to a CD brought by you.
  • For this tournament, moisturizers such as Nivea and Vaseline are allowed as long as they are not excessive.
    (If they are excessive and may stain the venue, they must be removed as soon as possible.)
    No baby oil or any other oil is allowed.
    PRO TAN’s Hot Stuff is prohibited.
    Note that if the venue is soiled, the athletes will be responsible for all repair costs.
  • 【Coloring companies】
    No tanning services available at the event venue. Please contact below OFFICIAL tanning vendors for your tanning reservation and the detail information. Please be cautious not to damage the venue by your tanning and Vaseline. If you get your tanning service done with one of our official vendors below, you will receive the tanning certificate from them. Please bring it with you and submit it at the athlete check-in.
    Self-tanning on the day of the event is prohibited.
    It is prohibited by the venue.
    Players who tarnish the venue will be subject to hefty fines.
