    There will be no athlete check-in on November 22-23, the day of the contest.
  • Backstage passes must be purchased at the same time as player registration. (＄150/per ticket) *A maximum of 2 passes per player may be purchased. Supporters must purchase tickets in advance.
    Additional backstage pass will be available for purchase at the player registration on 11/21 at 25,000 Japanese Yen: cash per ticket.

  • The condition for entry is that the contestant must have competed in a regional contest before November 10, 2024. Please check the IFBB PRO LEAGUE website for the countries required to participate in the Regional Contest. →→Click here←←←←
  • 【Regarding video recording.】 Only smartphones and tablet devices are allowed; nothing related to live-streaming (Instagram stories and Tiktok are not allowed). (*This is in violation of trademark rights.) It is OK to publish the filmed images on YouTube, Insta-story, etc. after the next day of the competition. (*Focusing on the category in which the athlete you are supporting is allowed, but please refrain from filming the entire contest for an extended period of time (even if the total time is long). (The same applies if the total time is long.) Monopods and tripods are not permitted. *Please refrain from taking photos that are offensive to public order and morals. Please refrain from filming at a height that would inconvenience surrounding visitors. Taking video/still images with SLR cameras, video cameras, etc. (including Gopro and the like) is not permitted. No one other than those wearing the bibs distributed by the organizer's office will be allowed to take pictures.

  • For this tournament, moisturizers such as Nivea and Vaseline are allowed as long as they are not excessive. (If they are excessive and may stain the venue, they must be removed as soon as possible.)
    No baby oil or any other oil is allowed.
    PRO TAN's Hot Stuff is prohibited.
    Note that if the venue is soiled, the players will be responsible for all repair costs.
  • 【Coloring companies】 No tanning services available at the event venue.
    Please contact below OFFICIAL tanning vendors for your tanning reservation and the detail information. Please be cautious not to damage the venue by your tanning and Vaseline. If you get your tanning service done with one of our official vendors below, you will receive the tanning certificate from them.
    Please bring it with you and submit it at the athlete check-in.
    Self-tanning on the day of the event is prohibited.
    It is prohibited by the venue.
    Players who tarnish the venue will be subject to hefty fines.
